A True Debt Relief Program That Works

Hello to all out there who may be reading this article. I have read a lot of ezine articles about debt relief. I have been terribly disappointed in most all articles that I have read. Have you had the same experience? If you have then you may not even be reading this article because you may believe this is another useless article that delivers the same old garbage. I’m sorry if that offends any authors out there. That is not my intent. But just what, exactly does debt relief mean to most of you out there? Are you the readers of ezine articles looking for another loan? Are you looking for someone else to handle your finances for you?

Or are you maybe looking to find a bankruptcy program that can work for you? If you are then I can guarantee you that you are just wasting your time. You are spinning your wheels and getting no where. I am sure that a lot of the authors out there have nothing but the best intentions in helping you. They can only deliver what they know. But what if there is a program out there that really works but the authors don’t know about it? How can they guide you to such a program without knowledge of it. They can’t, right? So it’s not their fault if they keep on pushing the debt settlement programs or the debt consolidation programs or even the home equity loan. All of these do not work and all of these do not get you what you want, which is real debt relief. For the longest time a program that did give you true debt relief was claiming bankruptcy. Thanks to our wonderful politicians, that true debt relief has been totally taken away from us unless you are homeless and completely destitute.

What does work then, Dan? I’m getting to that. Just let me continue to paint the canvass. How many people do you know of that when they are in financial despair go out and tell their friends and family? Not any that I know of. There is too much shame and embarrassment connected to this kind of issue. Who wants to admit they don’t have their finances under control? They shouldn’t feel bad or ashamed but hey that’s human nature. In life sometimes things happen that get out of control and the next thing you know everything is spiralling downward. Loss of a job, or sickness or even just plain bad money management. Yet still how many times do you know of people telling you that they are hurting financially. I myself was in that same boat. So you see I’m speaking from experience. I too had too much pride to admit to friends or family members that I was on a financial roller coaster.

What would they think of me? How did Dan get himself into so much debt? Hey it was easy. I had a good paying job so how could this happen? I had extended myself to live on overtime pay. When the overtime disappeared I ran up the credit cards. Next came the home equity loan. I maxed out our equity in our home. Very bad move. Never put your home in jeopardy! Next came the debt consolidation programs. Finally came the debt settlement program. What a scam those programs are. Did any of these solutions give me debt relief or any real debt management? NO!! I was sinking like a rock. I had no idea how I was going to stay afloat. I was drowning in debt and could see everything slipping away. Did I reach out to any one in the family or a friend? Hell no!! Are you crazy? Just the embarrassment would have killed me! Okay you get my point? It is that hard for many to tell any one about their situation. This is why you will never hear anyone singing the praises of the program I am about to share with you.

One night sitting at my computer searching for yet another solution to my ever growing need for debt relief I found it. The thing is, I had really stopped searching for it when I found it totally by accident. Or was it an accident? I had said a prayer asking for devine intervention but as quickly as I had said it, that quickly, I had forgot about it ever getting answered. What I found sounded too good to be true. I called and talked to the guy who had written the ad. He too had been in the same situation as I. He had heard of this program and checked it out. He got true debt relief and was now spreading the word just as I am doing now. Grateful? No, that word doesn’t even come close to expressing how much I truly love this program. This program saved my family and I from financial ruin.

I have been given a second chance in life. A chance also to help others who are desperately seeking a true solution to their financial dillemma. Once enrolled in this program I was able to legally and immediately stop making any more payments on all my unsecured loans. The program put into place a legal and binding sheild between me and my creditors. My creditors could not touch my or my wife’s income or bank accounts. This wonderful program was developed and is run by an attorney with over 25 years in tax law experience. This program is being used throughout the U.S. and even in Canada. Want to know more? Then please check out this web site. You deserve a second chance, get help now.

A Guide to Servicing Credit Card Debt

Whenever you turn on your TV, it’s likely you’ll see an advert that relates to credit card debt in some way. With so many providers offering 0% on balance transfers and purchases its plain to see that credit card debt is big business.

But what if you’ve tried to switching cards and moving balances but are still unable to dig yourself out of debt? Fortunately, there are a number of things you can do yourself to minimise the damage caused by credit card debt.

It sounds obvious but the first thing you must do is stop spending on plastic. Cut up your cards if needs be and don’t leave yourself the temptation of wracking up any further debt.

The next thing you can do is phone up all of your credit providers and inform them that you’re having trouble making payment. More often than not, they can be sympathetic to your situation and might even freeze interest or payments to give you the chance to get a foothold.

After this it’s a good idea to work out exactly how much you owe and consider the options that are available to you. A widely used method for overcoming credit card debt is a debt consolidation loan.

This entails taking out a large personal loan to cover all of the debt you owe to different providers in return for one monthly repayment at a lower rate of interest. However, it’s important to work everything out; as the wrong decision can leave you owing more than you did in the first place.

If your debts are so great that you don’t think you’ll be able to pay them off even by cutting back and saving then you might need to consider taking more serious action.

For example, an IVA or Individual Arrangement can help those with massive amounts of unsecured debt, normally over 15,000. However, this is a very serious financial procedure and needs to be thought about in detail before being entered into.

Whatever your level of credit card debt is, there is a wealth of information available on the internet, just spend some time thoroughly researching your options to ensure you choose the best arrangement to suit your circumstances.
